Design Description:
Hello, I come from Uganda. I want to build 2 units of loft apartments to rent. 2 levels. Each unit has 4 bedroom suites, high-ceiling bedrooms. A lake is nearby, so most rooms should face the lake. The open living room, wet & dry kitchen, dining area, store, study room, laundry room will be downstairs. Flat roof: seating area, BBQ area, parties. Because of the limited space, I'm wondering if two apartments should be built separately or together? I need a better plan.
