Design Description:
I would like a wooden house with 3 bedrooms including the larger master bedroom containing a dressing room and built-in bathroom and toilet. Another bathroom and WC for the 2 other bedrooms and a guest WC. A kitchen, a living room and a dining room. There will be a front terrace and a rear terrace. A laundry room and a large storage room. With large glazed windows (French doors) and shutters, a large front door for the main entrance and a rear door through the kitchen which gives access to the rear terrace. So a villa with large openings for maximum natural lighting and lots of natural ventilation to limit the use of air conditioners. If possible, equipped with solar water heater, solar air conditioners for the bedrooms and the living room. Also, a 16kva solar kit for power supply to the house. For the interior decoration, I leave you the choice to make me suggestions. The objective is to have a well ventilated house with high ceilings and lots of natural ventilation in the ceiling and in each room, because it is hot in Gabon in the rainy season, well lit by its large openings, a house which does not consume not too much electrical energy from the city network with its 16kvA solar kit, with high ceilings. The terraces will serve as a place to relax with garden furniture for the front one and a second dining room for the one behind the kitchen. A kitchen equipped with maximum storage, built-in gas stove and oven, space for a large 2-leaf fridge, a sink and a large work surface for cutting in the kitchen, ventilation systems in the kitchen to reduce heat and an extractor hood. A spacious kitchen (very large) and in the kitchen, a room for storing dry food.
