Hello, I come from Uganda. I want to build 1 unit of 6-bedroom suites loft apartments to rent. 2 levels. Building is to done land: 247 sq meters (19m -L * 13m – W) close to Lake Victoria. Due to existing surrounding walls and building structures part of the land area faces the lake from a height of 4m. Features: simple but artistic structure, open living, maximum inflow | use of natural light, high ceiling in bedroom and living area, limited walls, windows that allow maximum light inflow. Ground Floor: open living room, wet & dry kitchen, dinning area, store, laundry room, study room, toilet 2nd Level: 6-bedroom suites, open seating area Flat Roof: Seating area with green for lake viewing, relaxation, sun bathing, bbq and parties.
