Hello, I have a floorplan of a proposed house project i want your work on and I will attach the floor plan. I wish to convert it to high quality 3d modelling, rendering with photorealistic visualisations or walkthrough adding necessary attachment to it. I need 3 3d rendering images for interiors(a bedroom,sitting room and dining) and 2 exterior (front and back)adding necessary attachment. I will prefer it to be a mid century style home with a flat roof and the furnishings is also preferred to be an ultra contemporary, or eclectic. Let me know if you can design the elevation plan of the house too.?. NOTE: I have a private consultant you are going to work with. I have just decided to find a 3d visualizer to do the work to my taste and will have to link you up to her because she is going to be the one to supervise the site throughout the whole construction process and you wont need to be bothered about the supervision. You can check the 2d floor plan details below to know the dimensions and all that. Get back to me with the total estimate cost for your work and if you can do it within the timeframe of one month starting from today. Thanks
