I have 1600 sqm land and I want to make 6 villas .
one villa is 250sqm，need 5 floors,2 basements down and 3 floor up .
totally need 6 building Villa.and the same style .
Functional ：roof top with mini gold and bar style with ground floor only pool garden and car perk and lift for cars to go down l2 lift for all floors second floor one hall living room dinning room and kitchen third floor only rooms 6-8 luxury bedrooms
my idea:one villa private pool my idea is to make 2 basements one for car park one for cenima gym games for fun ground floor only swimming pool and garden with one maid room and two lift space one go down for car park basement one which will go from last basement to roof top . From ground floor as I mention two basement ho down and two floor up one floor for one hall as size of land 250sqm coverd with glass no walls living room dining room guest sitting area and open kitchen glass can see out but Canot see in then go second floor rooms so I think minimum 4-6 rooms can make facing each other like hotel galaxy and opposite have other room behind balcony every room front is galaxy make washing cloth room and still lift for people go up to roof which I want to make mini gold and bar & barBQ when rain come roof of glass cover it when no rain it’s open that’s my idea all rooms master room and dressing room toilet . I hope you understand my idea give me some good design in 250 sqm one floor living area ground floor only pool garden corner small maid room and lifts go up and down
