1 building, 3rd floor (first floor is parking lot), plot area: 321 square meters, construction area 963 square meters, 14 units. 1 swimming pool, 1 parking lot, balcony, bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen, I need you to design it for me. 14 room studio apartment unit with balcony, height roughly 3m high, ground floor. I plan to transform the apartment into a 3-4 star boutique hotel. We have a 3D Motel Plan to develop an additional Boutique 3-4 Star - 14 Rooms Hotel Studio Apartment 3 level and seeking help ito assist to improve and complete 2D architectural design for rendering, construction and costings.
