Sia ram ventures building a manged farmland with organic farming . Creating clean Air , water and food for all . Project aims at giving best of best land for agriculture and resort for their entertainment . Some visitors will come to the farm for vacation,i'm expecting some 6 families . Max of 8bto 10 people . i need build 6 unit samll house , with swimming pool ,And swiming fool of 30 ×60 feet. Ground with 1 floor . Let it be duplex kind . Kitchen , dining, restroom and sitting area in Ground floor . Bed with balcony in first floor. I want individual huts not a row house kind . People need privacy.
