Requirements
1. FIFA standard football field with 30,000 seating capacity.
2. AAF standard running / athletics track and all other field events.
3. Indoor sports arena (fully enclosed) with 2500 seating capacity that will host indoor sports as follows:
Basketball
Volleyball
Handball
Netball
Badminton
Boxing
Martial arts(judo,karate,taekwondo etc)
Table tennis
Darts
Gym
administration block -boardroom, office space, cafeteria and juice bar
4. Olympic size (50m) swimming pool complete with all facilities (changing rooms, resting rooms) 1000 seating capacity.
5. Tennis courts (4) ITF standard two grass and two day one of each with 300 seating capacity and 500 seating capacity
6. Skate park-all skating options.
7. Cycling and walking /jogging track around the perimeter fence of the premises
I require proof of experience in the design and building of such projects of a similar nature.
