Design Description:
The Dimensions are 3,466m x 3,464m With 70 Mw solar panel on the roof, that’s covering Structures of around 2,600 x 2000, That an Area 6,003.112 Meter. That's 603.112 hectares Total Land coverage. This will be a Three Story Building with equal sized floors. Because we are talking about Annual Total Capacity for all the Generations (Models) For the EVs is 1.5 to 2 million and 450 to 500 thousand E-Bikes. Meaning We need to produce 27 778 EVs per Month, that is 1,158 EVs per day For each model. And For the E-Bike we need to produce 5,953 per Month, that is 249 E-Bikes per day for each of the 7 models. That's Six Assembly lines for EVs and Seven Assembly lines for E-Bikes. We are using Composite Carbon Fiber made from Coal for manufacturing, and so, I can give you the process plan as follows. Indoor 2000 ton per day Coal Storage yard + Crusher Room(Department) with full Machinery + Carbonization Room(Department) with full from Coal to Composite Carbon fiber Machinery + Cutting Room(Department) with full Carbon fiber Cutting Machinery + Beams, Hydraulic Pressing and Molding Room(Department) with fully Automatic Robotic Machinery + final full Robotic Assembly line Room(Department). Please be aware that from Carbonization Room(Department) with full from Coal to Composite Carbon fiber Machinery + Cutting Room(Department) with full Carbon fiber Cutting Machinery + Beams, Hydraulic Pressing and Molding Room(Department) with fully Automatic Robotic Machinery + Storage for outsourced parts and components in storage room (Department) + will have body dipping and sorting of other body parts from the upper floor on the Second floor, sorting/minor assembly will all be done from upstairs on the second floor, de-escalated to the bottom from where completion of assembly before drive off, and then Management offices, paint labs, and other things office related things will be on the third floor, since the structure is a three story factory.
