Hello, I come from Calgary, Canada. We're planning to build a new apartment with 12 storeys. The land is 50*140 feet. Residential apartment complex for 1 bed room and studio units, efficiency units. Maybe 4, 5 or 6 units of apartments per floor. Please match the design as per your Canadian / Toronto project. The idea is to have a middle and plan to rent it out annually for the first 5 years and then sell it out.
