Hello, I'm from Nepal. I'm looking for a local designer to work with me. I need a nice design for furniture showroom with lift. The land is 10 m width and 37 m length. I'm planning to build 3 floors, 5 floors in the future maybe. 30% space we have to leave according to municipality rules, I want to use that space for parking 3-4 cars. I dont need gallery in mid of building. actually I need the building for my own bussiness. Further I will be unable to run my business then I will rent it for any kinds of office, restaurent etc.
