On the water view ( right wing) will be:
1. 4 bedrooms maisonette with BQ, on 12 floors with ground floor being car park lotted 2 cars park per maisonette and 3 cars park for penthouse with 12th floor as 5/6 bedrooms penthouse, 4 units in a floor of double volume with elevators.
2. 3 and 4 bedrooms apartment with BQ on 12 floors, elevators, with ground floor being car park lotted 2 cars park to each apartment and 3 cars park to the penthouse with 12th floor as 5/6 penthouse, it will be 4 units in a floor
1 and 2 above facing the water view
On the center will be;
