Design Description:
It will be a full mixed housing estate encompassing housing units,shopping malls,domestic water reticulation and sewerage services,bituminous standard roads,one communal swimming pool,banks,sports and recreation facilities. For housing units,it be built on 45,000 sqm, Which will include 15 units T3 double storey housing units,which will be three(3) bedroomed with all the three bedrooms ensuit(Self contained) with individual swimming pools at the back. Secondly,there will be 10 T4 double storey housing units with Four(4) bedrooms each,all the 4 bedrooms ensuit with individual swimming pools at the back. Then there will be one eight storey building of two(2) bedroomed with one(1) self contained bedroom,in the apartments of approximately four(4) apartments per floor. There will also be another eight(8) storey building of one self contained bedroomed apartments building units with approximately four(4) to six(6) apartments per floor. Then the last one will be an eight(8) storey building of self contained bedsitters with Kitchen and sitting room enclosed in it. The number of these bedsitters will be between Eight(8) to ten(10) per floor. Then there will also be a communal swimming pool with dimensions of 12m×6m and a Traveling Agency of 10m×5m.
