Design Description:
Hello I have a land in Boudha, Nepal. I will attach the site plan for your reference. The existing buildings will need to be demolished first. I need a budget hotel design built to Holiday Inn standards. We are in the initial phase of thinking and planning for a Hotel. Maybe we can use your assistance to help us give us a primary plan to build a feasibility study. We can only do 7 Floors, because of Flight Path. But, we are looking for more than 100 rooms so we can optimize on Room Revenue. Room layout and Square meter same like Holiday Inn. We need to think about Earthquake Resistant also. I’m Thinking: main Hotel building we can Operate and any other joining buildings can be given for Retail Rental space, Hotel with Minimal staff (online Booking and Kiosk for Keycards) and Delivery Robots for rooms (maximize revenue streams and minimize on Operational Cost), Room Quality and Comfort same as Holiday inn but Pricing Budget. I want to communicate that we want to have hotel to operate to generate Dollar based Income. mall space/ restaurant, cafe bar etc we can Rent to local Business owners. So, could you provide a primary plan with MEPF design to us first? I have my financial advisors to do the feasibility study report. How much do you charge?
