Hello I'm from the Philippines. I need a nice design for a commercial complex project. The land is 30x24 meters. I want to build 14 floors, 2 floors for the basements with a car lift. 1st floor 7 meters height, restaurant, car showroom display 2n floor 3.7 meters high, car showroom display 3rd to 7th floor 3.4 meters high, shopping mall which is 24-hour openning 8th to 10th floor 3.4 meters high, luxury hotel 11th floor, resto bar with a pool 12th floor, penthouse Plus, One elevator exclusive access--Only basement 1, Basement 2 and 1st floor then straight to 12th floor only.
