Design Description:
Hello I live in Maldives. I own a 2207 sq.ft. of land with my brothers. We're planning to build a apartment building. I want a building full complete drawing with MEPF design and BOQ.
12 floors, the ground floor and 1st floor will be some commercial stores or offices for rent, keeping a small room for security near elevator.
2nd to 9th floor, I will be giving to rent. So no need luxury.
But 10 and 11th floor, the owners will be living, so those both floors, I want them to be luxurious standard.
I prefer 10th floor (3 bedroom 1 apartment and 2 bedroom 1 apartment) and 11th floor (3 bedroom 1 apartment and 1 bedroom 1 apartment).
On other floors, try to take as much apartment u can but not with small rooms. Like if you can, take 3 bedroom 1 apartment and 2 bedroom 2 apartments.
