Architecture Planning/Schematic Design for 100,000m2 Grand Commercial Mall for the Yenagoa City Council, Bayelsa State, Nigeria The proposed project has the following features: 1. Project is premised on Public Private Partnership (PPP) on Build-Operate- Transfer Business model. 2. My company is the promoter and would subscribe to some equity. 3. The Yenagoa City Council (Capital of Bayelsa State in Nigeria) would subscribe to about 10-20% funding/equity and provide the needed land and security. 4. The remaining 80-90% funding/equity would be provided by project lenders/financial institutions 5. Land area proposed is about 100,000 square meter (m2). 6.
