Hello I come from Gambia. I have acquired a land size of 35m by 120m by the beach, not sea front though. I am thinking on building a 5-floor boutique hotel but open to suggestions. 4 star with a modern and nice design. 50 rooms, linen room, lobby, reception, office space for the staff, waiting area, bar, restaurant etc. I want to work with a professional designer who can do the whole design for me.
