We need one company who can charge both of construction and interior design Hello folks, this is a Brief idea for the upcoming project that will be released in Iraq Baghdad. A real estate projects company in Iraq has, among its projects in Baghdad Governorate, a residential complex where approval has been given to construct 28 residential towers, each tower containing 12 floors and each floor containing 6 residential apartments, and the area of ​​each apartment ranges between 150 and 200 square meters. The project management wants the Chinese construction company to build 28 towers from the ground up on a land area of ​​250,000 square meters (from scratch), and 40 percent of the total area must be green spaces. Upon completion of the construction of all towers, the key will be handed over to the project management by the Chinese company implementing the towers. Then negotiations begin regarding furnishing at competitive prices. If there is any initial approval by any Chinese company to implement the project and they wish to travel to Iraq, Baghdad Governorate, for the purpose of seeing the project land on the ground, it will be hosted by the project management at its own expense and for any number.
