When I was a child, I used to fly to Cali and spend summers with my grandmother in this house. This house is full of beautiful memories, but it's too old. I want to renovate it. The dimensions are attached and my requirements are below: 1. The bigger house is for living. I`d like to have 2 levels. The first floor includes kitchen, living room, dinning room, toilet and 1 bedroom. The second floor need 4 bedrooms and 1 study room at least. 2. The smaller one is for amusement. I need 1 gym and 1 playroom in it.
