Hi I own a 10000 square feet of land in Sri Lanka. I want to build a 5-storey building with 1 basement for commercial and rental income purpose. I like modern and luxurious design style, see the attachment. Basement: parking area, stores Ground floor: a showroom for the products I deal First floor: my private house, 5 bedrooms, 2-3 bathrooms, kitchen, utility, dining area, sitting room etc. Second floor to fourth floor: 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom apartments for rental. 4 units on each floor I need a good design.
