Plot size 50 feet by 82 feet. the building area is 1905sqm.The structure is to have 5 storey with 5 one bedroom units one side and 5 bedsitter units on the side but a stair at the middle on side with bedsitters per floor. At the end space can be tucked a small be bedsitter. The site has main road of 12 m at the side measuring 50 feet the other side are bordered by other plots. So creatively draw an aesthetic architectural plan with cross ventilation and balconies to avoid a concrete jungle.
