Design Description:
Slope land plot area is 648sqm. Build area is 286sqm. Its a downhill gentle slope land. Have done the topo survey and other land survey drawings. I wish to have my family residence on level 1 and 2 flats x 2 rooms below for rent out. The drive access to level 2 flats should be from side down slope. I want the design to be done in such a way that it provides privacy to all flats taking advantage to slope. My residence flat on level 1 is of modern design of 4 bedrooms. The entrance of the land is of to road elevation but i am considering access to my residence via stairs meaning it should be also double storey level for security reasons.
