Number of Floors: 3 stories plus a basement The proposed project is a 3-story sports complex with a basement, designed to serve multiple functions including parking, commercial spaces, office accommodations, and a multi-purpose sports hall. The building's design should reflect a modern and functional aesthetic, prioritizing accessibility, usability, and the seamless integration of various facilities. Basement Leve-Function: Parking and utility space Ground Floor-Function: Commercial space for cafes, restaurants, and sports-related retail. First Floor-Function: Commercial office space for sports associations, clubs, and other businesses. Second Floor-Function: Accommodation and fitness facilities. Third Floor-Function: Multi-purpose sports hall. The building should have a modern architectural style, with clean lines and a façade that reflects its multi-functional purpose. Use materials that are both durable and aesthetically pleasing, such as glass, steel, and concrete.
