I have my own house almost 52 years old. Some areas Renovated & extended in 2009, 2015. But now want to renovate 1st floor but the issue is, previously build entire structure whit bricks structure with entire lintel concrete. I need some basic Piller from ground floor to dismantle mezzanine floor roof & it’s upper roof to extend a room area & re place kitchen & bathroom. Need construction to create some open space balcony & lift area with safety measure. Ground Floor almost 1200 sft & 1st floor around also same, ground floor had two garage, rest is my outdoor Advertising & export import office. 1st floor entire is residential.
