Hello We're on stage of selecting architect for our 5-bedroom villa in Sri Lanka. These are our requirements below, see attached for details : 1. Main Villa a. Suite rooms 1,2 (sleeps 4) – 450 sq ft i. Bathroom ii. Bathtub/jacuzzi iii. Extra-large double bed (72 x 76) iv. Two single beds (38 x 75) v. Wardrobe or closet vi. Working table and dresser vii. Tea making facility viii. Traveling bag keeping place ix. 2 seter Sofa/chairs x. Veranda/Balcony xi. TV xii. Safety deposit box xiii. Any other important aspects you see shall be proposed. b. Bedroom 3,4 (Deluxe Double – sleeps 2) – 250 sq ft i. Bathroom ii. Extra-large double bed (72 x 76) iii. Wardrobe or closet iv. Working table and dresser v. Tea making facility vi. Traveling bag keeping place vii. 2 seter Sofa/chairs viii. Veranda/Balcony - small ix. TV x. Safety deposit box xi. Any other important aspects you see shall be proposed. c. Bedroom 5 (Deluxe Twin) i. Bathroom ii. Two single beds (38 x 75) iii. Wardrobe or closet iv. Working table and dresser v. Tea making facility vi. Traveling bag keeping place vii. 2 seter Sofa/chairs viii. Veranda/Balcony - small ix. TV x. Safety deposit box xi. Any other important aspects you see shall be proposed. d. Island Kitchen and Bar counter - connecting to dinning space/pool i. Wine glasses/liquor glasses ii. Tea making facility. iii. Oven iv. BBQ facility v. blender vi. toaster vii. Fridge viii. Pantry e. Living or applicable spaces i. Sofa/coffee table ii. TV iii. Library iv. Board games/Electronic Play station f. Dining Area i. dining area – to serve for 18 persons. ii. Consider an open area connected to pool/verandah g. Cinema room – 200 sq ft h. Utility Area – 100 sq ft i. Washing machine ii. Tumble dryer iii. Ironing table Dining + living + island kitchen – 1,000 sq ft 2. Caretaker room & Utility Area (this should be constructed without any disturbance to main villa - to keep privacy in the main villa) a. Caretaker room 1 & 2 – 2 x 175 sq ft i. Bunk bed option to occupy 2 persons. ii. Bathroom b. Power Room – 100 sq ft i. Generator ii. Power panels iii. Pool pump house – based on the distance to the pool, otherwise separate space to be planned c. Kitchen – main kitchen (300 sq ft) i. Oven ii. Blender iii. toaster iv. Fridge v. Pantry Other Requirements d. parking e. reception f. Pool and pool deck g. 2 x Outdoor showers/changing rooms, 2 x wash rooms for pool requirements h. Linen room adjacent to changing rooms is preferred i. Guests’ rooms will only be airconditioned, therefore common spaces must be naturally airconditioned. No air conditioning for care taker’s room.
