Need the design for the 6-star hotel, the land area is 40000 square meter(4ha) （The area is tentatively set, and it may increase in the future.）,Need to build 450-500 rooms ,12 Floors building . Also need Lobby, restaurant, Bar , coffee bar, banquet hall, VIP reception (can be used as bridal room), Business center, Multi-function hall, Gym, Swimming pool, SPA, Specialty shops, Children's playground, Garage, and aso need offices for the employee , heliport in the Top floor. Outside need golf field to everyone that want to play, an beautiful garden of flowers.In addition, I think the hotel does not limit the style, I need the designer to give me some suggestions, pls discuss in detail.
