Need the design for a mini shopping mall with residences/apartments above the shops. 330 sqm per floor. First Floor to accommodate 14 shops; Main shop (10m x 12m), 13 small shops each 7m x 4m. The structure will have 5 floors above the shops to accommodate students' apartments. Each floor will have 16 units. In front of the shops will be a parking lot for about 10 cars.
