Area: 10000 ㎡, 1 building, 10-13 floors, Mix use modern Glass Tower building of 10-13 floors, of both business, cooperate, commercial, and apartments functions 1,2,3 bedroom service apartments, suites, penthouses with individual balcony and facilities.I.e mini kitchen, Ward drop, closet, besuited, anteroom's, elevators, escalators, also cinemas, game arcade, Mall, shopping complexes, suspended sky view restaurants and rooms with balcony. cooperate spaces, conference rooms for 1000, 500, 200, 50, club house, large underground packing, Independent solar power system 247, water, and Maintainance.
