Design Description:
Land area is 1,487m², underground+ground+4 floors In need of a 4000-5000 capacity seating Church on ground floor, the height of this auditorium area, should be as tall as both groun floor and first floor with suspending Galleries in the building. Little or no pillars inside the main building that could obstruct viewers. The Ground floor should consist of a high rise reception area and a lobby that has the normal height. There should be a small pool for baptism on ground floor somewhere in the middle of the lobby. There should be ultramodern toilets on the ground floor. The building is to have an underground parking covering the entire land. 2 lifts, one at the reception and the other that leads from the back corner of ground floor to top most floor. The first floor after the ground floor should consist of offices, thats the part that didnt rise like the auditorium, here because of the height of the auditorium, we're already at first floor. The second floor This is the floor where the entire structure is at thesame level. This should consist of an overflow hall of possibly 1000 seating capacity with restrooms, a library, restaurant, and an infirmary that is a small clinic with capacity to contain 10 single sized beds. The 2nd floor should be made up of studios(each studio should have 3 toilets) and self contained rooms depending on space available, a laundry room and a detached Kitchen The 3rd floor should be made of 2 and 3 bedrooms apartments, each room having its toilet and an extra toilet for guests. 4th floor should be made of a conference room, 2 offices and a 3rd extra large vvip office with private secretary and parlour that doesn't have the same access with the entire structure, media house, a room for surveillance monitoring, a room for power space and a presidential 4 bedroom apartment.
