Design Description:
Design Concept 1.Swimming Pool (20ft x 30ft): Positioned toward one end of the property, preferably the back, allowing privacy. Surrounding the pool can be lounge chairs and a small deck area. 2. Outdoor Bar (15ft x 10ft): Placed adjacent to the pool area, the bar can be semi-open, allowing patrons to enjoy the view of the pool. This could feature high stools and casual seating. 3. Gym (15ft x 15ft): Located near the front or middle of the property. A compact but well-equipped gym with necessary fitness machines and space for yoga/other activities. 4. Restaurant/Bar/Lounge (25ft x 15ft): Centrally located to serve as a multifunctional space. This can feature flexible seating arrangements, both indoor and outdoor, with a small stage or area for entertainment. 5. Mini Mart (10ft x 10ft): Positioned near the entrance for easy access. The mini-mart could cater to quick convenience purchases, accessible for both guests and external customers. 6. Spa(10ft x 15ft): Located in a quieter corner of the property, away from noise. This space would include massage rooms, a sauna, and a relaxation area. 7. Kitchen (10ft x 10ft): Connected to the restaurant but tucked away for easy access and efficient service.
