Design Description:
This is an amendment from a previous request after several in house changes. I am reaching out to request a proposal for architectural services on behalf of our client for a high-end mixed-use development project in Nairobi and the Maasai Mara. This project combines luxury urban residences, a 4-star hotel, and a safari lodge, designed to attract high-net-worth residents, business travellers, and international tourists. The project comprises three key components: Mixed-Use Development in Karen, Nairobi Land Size: 2.5 acres Shared Facilities: Two basement levels for parking and amenities Apartment Units: 40 Studio Apartments 80 One-Bedroom Apartments 80 Two-Bedroom Apartments 40 Three-Bedroom Apartments Franchise Hotel Block (also part of the Nairobi complex) Hotel Rooms: 50 executive rooms designed for business and leisure clientele seeking upscale accommodations within the mixed-use development. All associated amenities. Safari Lodge in Maasai Mara Land Size: 23 acres Units: 20 eco-friendly cottages that emphasize a sustainable, high-end safari experience. The objective of this development is to leverage the dual appeal of Nairobi’s urban market and the Maasai Mara’s iconic safari experience, generating high occupancy and significant returns. Could you please prepare a comprehensive architectural proposal that includes your design approach, proposed timeline, and cost estimates for each phase? Additionally, we would appreciate confirmation on how soon your team could begin and an estimated timeframe for completing the proposal. Attached is a Survey plan for the Nairobi land No 8072/3, the masai mara land is very big so you are free to design anywhere with all associated amenities.
