Here are my requirement:
- the building should have a basement to accommodate the car park for residents
- the ground is mainly a commercial part of the building with entrance in the 2893 side.
- the commercial floor needs to include a textiles shop with 150 m2 footprint connected to a mezzanine serving as a continuity of the shop. This shop also needs an office space with 3 compartments connected to it.
- the ground floor space should also include a coffee shop with terrace at the front
- the rest of the ground floor to serve as modern retail area with shops
* the first floor is an independent office floor for rental. Only the textiles shop has direct access to its offices.
* the remaining 6 upper floors should be 50% of 2 bedroom apartments; 30% of 3 bedroom apartments and 10% of 1 bedroom apartments.
* the number of apartments is subject to the number of parking spaces available
