Design Description:
I need design for my villa, 208.35 sqm, please check the floor plan in the attachment. Need design and supplying of structural flooring with galvanised beams including galvanised decking flooring. To pour concrete on top after.. a flat roof.. to accommodate as a roof garden... Take note.. no columns at the front.. only glass facade.. and cantilevered. Don't like height beams.. Provision with beans for cladding options... Maybe thick aluminium sheeting outside.. Inside will be using wood.. Need gslvanused ceiling structure only..
