Need to find contractor and engineer/builder for the Commercial hotel complex .the land is 1000sqm . Build water parking and mall in the ground floor .and above need to build 2 building ,6floors .one for the kids hotel buildings (400rooms ) With restaurant and Banquet Hall in it. Abother building for the condos (200units ). And I already find local designer doing the architectural drawing first . Later will share .
