Design Description:
The building is a slaughter house designed to slaughter cattle or cows or bulls, goats, sheep, chicken and pigs. Be mindful that because of religious interest the line for Pig slaughtering should be separated to run independently. ( Halal Designed). There should be a space to collect clean the bi-products like hides and skins. There should be a separate room for cleaning intestines, ovals etc. There should be a system to collect the blood that flows while slaughtering. There should be a room for changing clothes , toilets for male and female. There should be a common room to have break tea, There should be a room to accommodate the office of the operations manager. It should be located where he/she can view all what is happening on the production floor. There should be room for cold storage and chilers..There should be room for draining the carcus before cold storage. There should be an insnarator built to burn out confirmed meat of sick animals. There should be a space for pre treatment of waste water before pumping it out to the main city drainage channel There should be provision to instal rails to drive the cacurces from one point to onother. The plan should generaly reflect of a modern abortoir to slaughter a capacity of 20 cows a day. 50 goats/sheep in a day 30 pigs in a day. About 200 birds in a day. Thank you
