Design Description:
Need arcghitectural concept design for A three-level multi-purpose hall auditorium/indoor sports facility located at a local University can accommodate 3,000 patrons. It also has seminar rooms, service rooms, etc., and office spaces.(toilets & showers )with an outdoor auditorium and landscaping. probably for graduations and sports and special events, etc. Land area is 4800sqm, the total building area needs the designer to give advice.However, effectively, the area will be less from the first and second floor upwards. As the central area on the ground floor will be, the indoor stadium and events hall, so the 1st and 2nd floor will be spacious and void upwards.The ground floor area, including office spaces and room areas around the indoor stadium area, which would be the size of the basketball and netball courts.
