Design Description:
I’m looking to build a house on a 4500 sq. ft. area located in Cantt. The regulations require a 5-foot setback on the left, right, and back sides of the property. I'll send you a picture for reference. Taking 2000sqft for building the house I’m thinking of having four bedrooms and at least three bathrooms in the house. If possible, I’d like each bedroom to have its own attached bathroom, with an additional guest bathroom on the main floor.
