Design Description:
I want to build a small duplex house. Entertainment house type. On the ground floor there is a guest room with attached bath, living room with common toilet, open kitchen with dining space. Two bedrooms with attached bath on the second floor. Open space for chatting, meeting seating. Tin roof in a small space in front of the third floor, sitting area below. Barbeque, I will chat. A porch in front. Roof garden on the porch. Building area: 30 feet on the side, 45 feet long. Including porch. There will be a car. Slowly design a beautiful one. আমি একটা ছোট ডুপ্লেক্স বাড়ি করতে চাই। এন্টারটেইনমেন্ট হাউজ টাইপের। নীচের তলায় একটা গেস্ট রুম এটাচ্ড্ বাথ, লিভিং রুম সাথে কমন টয়লেট, ওপেন কিচেন সাথে ডাইনিং স্পেস। দোতলা্য় দুই টা বেডরুম উইথ এটাচ্ড্ বাথ। ওপেন স্পেস ফর আড্ডা, মিটিং সিটিঙ। তিন তলার সামনের দিকে অল্প জায়গায় টিনের চাল , নিচে বসার জায়গা। বার্বি কিউ, আড্ডা দিবো। সামনে একটি পৌর্চ। পোর্চ এর উপরে ছাদ বাগান। বিল্ডিং এরিয়া: পাশে ৩০ ফুট, লম্বা ৪৫ ফুট। পোর্চ সহ। একটা গাড়ি থাকবে। আস্তে ধীরে সুন্দর একটা ডিজাইন করেন।
