I need design for office, the land is 2137 sqm, I want the building shaped like a triangular slice of chocolate. check the reference pics and survey plan in the attachment. And more info are following: I would like a preliminary sketch of this on the survey to be sure we are on the same page. 18 floors. 3 underground parking. 15 above. Open plan space. Will be demarcated into required offices after completion. Central Air Conditioning. Mains water supply does not function well. So a water borehole will be sunk on the premises to get water into the building. and Sewage treatment. Stable electricity from mains could also be an issue. I need an alternative power supply for the building, not a fuel generator. The design should be mindful of these prevailing conditions
