I want to bulid 12 floor apartment, 1-4 shopping and gym and spa , 5 - 9 aprtment 10-12 paint hose. Each floor I want to have 3 houses. Minimum should be each house 200 sqm. Each apartment should have 3 bedrooms, living room, laundry, modern kitchen, and each room with its own bathroom. There must be at least 2 elevators.
