Design Description:
The land area is 27 feet width and 125ft long. Would like to utilise as much as we can for building. We are planning for 5floors and basement. Ground floor will use for restaurant and 1st to 4 floors planning for hotel rooms. Each floor expecting minimum of 5rooms. Basement would like to use for car parking. I am not sure if that is possible as it is 27feet width. 27 feet width is road facing. The budget is the approximate cost of building construction.
