let me illustrate the general idea. The project is a hotel with a commercial complex, a marina, and a water park. The strategy is to merge it with the baseball stadium, which will be remodeled to make it multipurpose. This was a hotel before, we bought the land but we only have plans for the reconstruction of the hotel which we want to modify with the help of your team. We don't have any plans for the other four plots. The plan we have is for a hotel specializing in water sports, more specifically for swordfish and sailfish. This hotel has a view of the sea on the north side. We are planning to build a marina in front of the hotel. , and water park beside of stadium, but firts the hotel. that it be about nautical tourism, and Commercial Complex. There are only the columns of the old hotel, it is destroyed. we can demolish it and start from scratch, I think we can use the structures that are there. They already have the pool space. Don't you think so? I am sending you the plans of the old remodeling that I want to modify to something more modern. 150 guestrooms, 8 floors, or 10 better, restaurants and shops downstairs, and an event hall with a rooftop pool. We need to present the project to the angel investor, You just have to present a well-done project and convince the investor.
