I own a piece of land in Lautoka, Fiji and I want to do 4 story building where 1st story will be parking and the next 3 levels will be Apartments. Each level will have 2 by 3 bedroom apartments. Total capital for this project is between 1 million and 1.5 million USD. I will add site plans and the whole property will be fence too Attachment is just a mock-up of the rooms and apartment Please note this will be a four-story building You can change to look better.
