Need the architectural design for the club and bar . Just have the land now .and plan find designers to do the concept design and archirectural design plan first I own a 2929.197sqm land as seen in the attached survey plan. I plan to build a Club and Bar. An outside bar in front of the club and another inside bar inside the club with a VIP section in an upper floor like a gallery.
