Design Description:
I have a facade on the main road of 55 meters in length and a second facade of 57 meters in length along the railway line. want to build two buildings with 6 floors, so that they are connected to each other on the third floor. I also want there to be an entrance between them that is sufficient for the trucks that the seven to two hangars. Each floor building has 300 square meters,The hangar is 1700 square meters for each one.With the basement it equals 2100 square meters,one building in total . 2*2100 =4200sqm . I need a plan to build two showrooms for furniture and cars,With 2 hangers for trade and storage. To obtain a building permit, a complete file including the plan must be submitted.
