Design Description:
Land Area: 370 m² is a good space for a compact house with all the features . The model should have a flat roof so that another floor can be added later. It should include: - 4 bedrooms - 2 bathrooms and toilets - 1 spacious living room - Dining room and kitchen - A terrace, as usual. House Layout: Ground Floor: Bedrooms (4): Three bedrooms can be of moderate size, while the master bedroom can be slightly larger. Each bedroom would have a closet and a window for natural light. Bathrooms (2): Both bathrooms can include a toilet, sink, and shower or bathtub. Ideally, one bathroom could be attached to the master bedroom for privacy. The second bathroom can serve the other bedrooms and also serve as a guest bathroom. Living Room (1): A spacious living room for relaxation and entertaining guests. This could be located centrally, with easy access to the bedrooms and the kitchen/dining area. Kitchen & Dining Room (1): Open-plan kitchen and dining area, maximizing space and offering a flow from the living area. include an island in the kitchen or an open layout with a connection to the terrace for ease of indoor-outdoor living. Terrace: Spacious Terrace: would want a large enough terrace for parking, so it could be designed as a driveway area that leads into the main entrance. It can be paved with durable material for parking a car and/or motorcycle. Stairs to the House: Since the house is raised, there will be stairs leading to the main entrance. These stairs could have a small porch at the top, leading into the living room. Additional Features: Flat Roof: The roof should be reinforced and properly designed to support any future construction of an additional floor. This gives flexibility for future expansion. Design Suggestions: Exterior: Use modern materials like steel, concrete, or glass for a clean, contemporary look, and ensure the flat roof is durable. Make sure the foundation is designed for a raised structure to allow proper height for the stairs and parking terrace. Interior: Efficient space planning for the four bedrooms to avoid congestion. Use built-in furniture and storage to maximize room usage. Create a cohesive, open-plan living space where the kitchen, dining, and living areas flow naturally into each other. Terrace Design: The terrace can also serve as an outdoor gathering space in addition to parking. You could plan it with sufficient width for vehicles while leaving enough room for outdoor furniture or landscaping. My design budget is Rs 30,000 - Rs 50,000 . i have some reference design style at attachment u cab have a look .
