I got a state government certification,awaiting the designs for approval. Need Best and modern design. 2 separate designs in a 100ft by 100ft plot. Pls,I need the designs to match the following: 1) Mini duplex 3 bedrooms,generator house,laundry, reading room, boys quaters, security room,borehole,solar powered, cctv camera ,2 parlours, car park, laundry, dining and courtyard 2) 3 bedrooms bungalow,generator house,laundry, reading room, boys quaters, security room,borehole,solar powered, cctv camera ,2 parlours, car park , laundry, dining and courtyard Courtyard and car parking space is very necessary. like 2000 sqft for the courtyard and car parking, left 8000 sqft for 2 houses, each house is the 4000sqft, 2 houses are the same layout but with small change. also you can give more suggestion. The design budget is about 300-500 usd.
