Need architectural concept design and advice . I have the land already (near 1000sqm), and I can still purchase.. Land is still cheap here... My plan is to have 2 plots, build different structures to cater for different clients according to their financial abilities..Low cost and medium costs.. Plan to build 2 floors apartment buildings.single apartments.the number apartment units can plan for me Bachelor pads here cost about P1500 - 1800 rental so if I could build 8 semi attached to at least earn 12k a month it would do. Am actually working on obtaining a loan to Kickstart the project. Design budget: 200$-300$
