we have a land 2971 sqm ,we want to take 2000 sqm to build a office ,20 floors .we need architecture design for now. We don’t need something very very expensive .| We need a business VIP lounge as well, meeting rooms, meeting hall for our general assembly meeting . And the Ground floor we need to make a showroom for our business products, And the receptions for the Guests ,And the media room for our marketing team ,laboratory for our coffee test SCA standard. and each floor :Open office area: can accommodate 50-60 workstations. Independent office: set up 10-15 independent offices. Meeting room: set up 3-5 meeting rooms of different sizes to meet the needs of meetings of different sizes. Tea room: provide rest and drinking facilities. Toilet: set up male and female toilets and barrier-free toilets. our project budget is :5 million USD. We can manufacture the steel here,To reduce the logistics costs .
